Meet Camryn

Your dedicated Mental Performance Coach. A former collegiate soccer player and lifelong athlete, Camryn brings first-hand experience in the power of mindset for success in sports and fitness.

She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology/Criminal Justice from St. John Fisher University and recently completed her Master of Education in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Springfield College (May 2025). Camryn stays active with weightlifting, boxing, and Pilates. She also enjoys reading, boating, and vacationing with family in Puerto Rico.

Therapy addresses mental health concerns, while Mental Performance Consulting focuses on optimizing performance and mindset. It’s proactive, goal-oriented, and designed to help you perform with confidence under pressure, not to treat psychological disorders.

Most clients begin to notice improvement within a few sessions, depending on commitment and consistency. Like physical training, mindset development strengthens over time with regular practice and reflection.

Depending on the type of session you choose—whether it’s a 1:1 consultation, group workshop, or informational seminar—the content may vary. Generally, sessions include guided discussion, skill-building exercises, and personalized strategies based on your goals. Sessions are conducted in person, with 1:1 sessions available virtually after time working together, and are designed to create measurable progress over time.

1:1 sessions are offered in 30-minute or 50-minute time blocks, while workshops or seminars vary based on group size and goals. Frequency is flexible and depends on your needs—some clients meet weekly for consistent progress, while others meet biweekly or monthly to support continued development.
